Step by step tutorial :

1 Download picsart app - http://maheshtechnicals.com/2016/12/h...

2 download black page image from google (this image for your thumbnail bahround)

3 open picsart and select your bahround image.

4 crop the image up to 1280×720

5 now click on TEXT option. And enter the text which you want
Select color and chose color for your text.

6 now if you want to add extra image then select add image option
And ad images.

7 after all. Click on save to gallery.
