Red tailed Bumblebees Nest Maurice Baker

This summer Red-tailed Bumblebees nested in the garden in one of the tit boxes. As the afternoon sun came round and the box got warmer the worker bees would provide air conditioning for the nest by surround the entrance, facing outwards, and beat their wings to produce a circulation of cool air through the nest.
Can anyone please tell me, if I want to get a nest again next year, should I remove the old nest or leave it alone in case the queen will use it for hibernation.
