Reebok Nano 4.0|What are the best shoes for CrossFit?

http://bit.ly/crossfitnano Hey Guys, This is my review of the Top Shoe For CrossFit, the Reebok CrossFit Nano 4.0 If you have been looking for a solid platform, durable, light weight, good looking shoe for Insanity, T25, P90X3 then you have found your shoe here.

I have used many other shoes in the past mainly New Balance, Inov-8, and Nike and this is my first foray into the Reebok world and I have to say that I am very impressed.

The Duracage wrapping on the exterior of the shoe makes it very durable and protects from box jump fails. The rope guard on the toe protects from- you guessed it rope climbs. This shoe has a very wide foot bed which makes it easy to spread your toes out to get better balance when doing squats deadlifts, lunges etc.

I highly recommend these shoes based on my own experience killin WOD's with these. I work out at Fort Fit in Traverse City which is the best place to do CF ever. If you are fortunate to live near a Box then get in there and put in some work! If not then you can build your own gym like so many others in your garage of basement. Coming soon is a video where I review the best home gym floors. We have used a ton of different ones so I will tell you which one has kept up the best.
